How long do orders take to ship?

Most orders ship in 5-7 business days.

Are paintings signed by Dead Punk?

Yes all original artwork and prints are signed by Dead Punk.

Do orders have tracking?

Yes, all orders are shipped UPS or DHL for international orders with full tracking, you will receive tracking by email (or SMS if you selected that option during checkout) as soon as your order is on the way.

Will I have to pay any duty or additional taxes when i recieve my order?

If you are located outside of the United States or Canada, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or other charges which are not included in the total cost of your order.

What happens if my order is damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please take photos of the items and packaging and contact us.

How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel or modify an order please contact us as soon as possible as once your order is in production we are unable to make changes.

Return Policy

We want you to be thrilled with your new art. If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your art please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Returns are accepted for a full refund less our actual shipping costs and tax.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
